9. Termination & Suspension

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification) shall survive termination.

No Agency. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and ORALEX.
